Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, all payments made to NRJ MEDIA are non-refundable once the project or campaign has begun. Each project involves significant time, effort, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once started.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

- If NRJ MEDIA is unable to deliver the promised service or product due to our internal error or technical limitation.
- If a duplicate payment or accidental transaction occurs.

3. Refund Request Process

Proof of payment (invoice or transaction ID)
A brief explanation of your request

4. Digital Product Sales

All digital downloads, templates, eBooks, and courses are non-refundable since they are instantly accessible after purchase. Please review all product details carefully before buying.

5. Ad Campaigns & Custom Services

For marketing campaigns, ad management, or other custom services, once work has started and resources have been allocated, no refunds will be issued. However, if the agreed deliverables are not met due to our internal fault, a partial or full refund may be issued after review.
