3. Client Agreements

All projects undertaken by NRJ MEDIA are bound by a clear written or verbal agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Clients are responsible for providing required assets, access permissions, and approvals in a timely manner.
NRJ MEDIA reserves the right to pause, delay, or terminate campaigns if payments are overdue or if provided content violates ad platform policies.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full before the project starts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, payments are non-refundable once work begins. Taxes such as GST (if applicable) will be added to all invoices.

In exceptional cases where deliverables are not provided as promised, clients may be eligible for a refund review as per our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, creatives, strategies, and campaign materials produced by NRJ MEDIA remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred through a written agreement.

Clients receive limited usage rights for their own brand promotion but cannot resell or claim ownership of NRJ MEDIA’s assets.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business data, ad strategies, and financial information shared during the partnership.

7. Limitation of Liability

NRJ MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for ad account bans, policy changes, or fluctuations in ad performance beyond our control.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We work with trusted third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Canva, Systeme.io and others. Their policies and terms operate independently. NRJ MEDIA is not responsible for service interruptions caused by these platforms.

9. Modifications to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time for operational, technical, or strategic reasons. Clients will be informed of major changes where applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the updated date clearly mentioned.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
